Compliance
At Azerta, we understand Compliance as something that transcends mere adherence to rules and standards: it is the foundation of a culture of integrity and corporate ethics that guides the conduct and decision-making of all of us who are part of the organization.
We have a Compliance Committee that leads a management system designed to promote good practices in all areas where efficient risk management advises it. This comprehensive approach aligns with our vocation to be strategic allies of our clients, contributing vision, creativity and value to their business challenges.
The Azerta Compliance Officer seeks to ensure the effective application of the Crime Prevention Model and its associated procedures. Likewise, he/she administers the Reporting Channel, receives, directs and investigates the reports received and acts as Crime Prevention Officer in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 20.393.
